In order to stimulate the development of the journals published by the RSUTS Scientific Publishing Department and to ensure their wider integration into the international scientific community, services for editorial preparation and publication of articles are provided on a fee‑based basis. The cost depends on a number of factors: the author’s affiliation, the author’s contribution to the editorial process, the level of the journal (HAC‑listed or not), and others. These terms apply to all authors submitting manuscripts for publication in issues of the RSUTS scientific journals.

* Articles written in English are subject to the same fees, except for categories 5, 6, 7, and 8.

Payment for editorial and publishing services is made by authors after their manuscript has undergone external independent peer review and received a recommendation for publication from the Editorial Board, in accordance with the rates in effect at the time the article is approved for printing. Along with the notification that the article has been recommended for publication, authors will receive an email containing payment details and the total amount, calculated according to the applicable rate.
