Developer, head, and lecturer of professional retraining and advanced training programmes for the hospitality industry at the Federal Resource Centre of RGUTIS.

Since 2020, she has served as an expert for the All‑Russian Competition of Youth Authorial Projects for Socio‑Economic Development of Russian Territories “My Country – My Russia” in the nomination “My Hospitable Russia.” She is a three‑time semi‑finalist of the “Masters of Hospitality” competition, organised by the presidential platform “Russia – Land of Opportunities.” In 2022, she was awarded the badge “Honorary Mentor” by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

She annually upgrades her qualifications in programmes on tourism product development and service and management technologies in the hotel business.
