About 2,500 participants from 70 countries will attend the St. Petersburg International Forum of United Cultures. Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova said this in an interview with TASS. The forum will be held from September 24 to 26.
“In 2023, about 1,300 participants came to us, and now it’s already 2,500, not counting the youth groups.” “There are currently 70 countries and 44 official delegations, but registration is still ongoing,” said Ms. Golikova.
The St. Petersburg International Forum of United Cultures is held annually. It is a platform for discussing issues related to the development of modern culture. In addition to the business program, the forum features concerts, festivals, awards, and so on. Tatyana Golikova noted that this year, the forum will feature a youth program for the first time. Initially, it was planned that 700 young people would take part in it. Now this figure is approaching 1,500, the Russian Deputy Prime Minister noted.
