International Film Week starts in Moscow

Cinema Park and the "Moskino" Film Factory, cinemas of the same name network, "The Khudozhestvenny" and others will be the venues for the Moscow International Film Week, which opens on Monday. The business program will include more than 40 sessions, reported on the website of the mayor and government of the capital.

The event will last until August 30 and will be held for the third time. The event will include expert discussions with professionals from Russia, India, Thailand, Turkey and other countries. The business section is scheduled for 27 and 28 August at the "Moskino" cinema. Guests will be able to see the actors: Nikita Kologrivy, Darya Moroz, Rinal Mukhametov and Leon Kemstach. The artists will perform as part of a business program and will talk about how you can enter the acting profession, how the selection of actors for roles takes place, how cinema is combined with childhood.

It is specified that the participants will discuss key aspects of film production and promotion, use of artificial intelligence, changing audience preferences, role of online platforms and other topics. Guests will also be presented with the opportunities that the Moscow film industry offers to representatives of the industry.

Also within the framework of film week 29 August will be held "Night of Cinema" action, it will unite city parks, museums, libraries and cultural centers. Visitors will be able to see not only the most popular films of recent years, but also new short films, documentaries, projects with national color from different countries, works of young directors and other projects.

It is specified that in total more than 300 events will take place. Separate programs will be dedicated to Soviet cinema and films on 35 mm film.
